John Broadwood and Sons, London approx. 1840 - 1845 special edition

This grand fortepiano was made by John Broadwood and Sons in London approx. between 1840 - 1845 and is a very rare instrument in special edition.
The case is made in rosewood and is in perfect condition, unusual lyra with typical "duck-feet-pedals" (dampers and una corda), ivory keyboard, two metal bars in the inside, modern tuning pins and strings, original soundboard and bridge are in good condition, wrestplank with crack. The instrument is in need of restoration. The serial number is: 543.
